Terms &
Conditions

These Terms and Conditions, as may be modified and amended from time to time, sets forth the terms on which:

(a) Satu Concierge (“We” or “Us”) located Badung, Bali provides various services (“Services”) through its website https://satuconcierge.wixsite.com/bali-life-made-easy (“Site”) and/or over the phone and/or by email;

(b) to any person (“You”) that accesses the Site and/or uses our Services, which includes booking consultation ("Consultation") and related services (“Services”).

Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions

When You access the Site and/or use our Services, You hereby represent and warrant that:

(a) You have read, understand, and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions;

(b) You are an individual at least 18 years old;

(c) You are able to enter into legally binding contracts; and

(d) You are an authorized user of the forms of payment

If You do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, You may not access and/or use the Site and/or our Services and should immediately leave the Site.

Booking

The site lists memberships containing a description of the characteristics and items included. You may send a message to the Company with an inquiry about a certain service or to request a customized membership. Once the Company accepts and confirms your membership purchase, you are entitled to access our consultation.

Once you agree to use our proposed Services, there is a binding contract between You and the Company; and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the basic price is required to reserve a booking. The final balance due will vary, depending on the actual services rendered on the date of the membership package.

Membership Validity

You may choose the starting date of your membership validity. your preferred consultation day and service day.

Cancellation Policy

You agree with the terms of the Cancellation Policy, as follows:

Any cancellation within 48 hours of the date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation within 24 hours will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. The total percentage of the cancellation fee is based on the services ordered or scheduled.

Once you and Satu Concierge agree on the details of the services, a non-refundable 25% deposited is required to reserve the booking. However, in the event the Company has to cancel the booking your deposit will be fully refunded. Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used in making the booking. Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or card balance. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses You and/or any other participant may have directly or indirectly incurred as a result of the booking of our services.
